Commissioner for Human Rights in Chechnya, Nurdi Nukhazhiev required to bring to justice the chief editor of Russia’s great encyclopedia for “anti-Chechen article.” This was reported in the press-service commissioner.

Nukhazhiev stated that the article was published in the 58-m volume encyclopedia. Human rights activist calls to withdraw from circulation the volume.

Nukhazhiev already sent an appeal to the chairman of the Federation Council Sergei Mironov, Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov, Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika, the president of the Academy of Sciences Yuri Osipov and Minister of Culture Alexey Avdeev.
