Head of the Islamic Human Rights Center in Russia Ghazali Kukanshoev addressed an open letter to President Emomali Rakhmonov. Prompted to apply human rights activist to the Tajik head of the plight of Tajik migrants.

Kukanshoev supports the idea of a joint headquarters for advice and assistance in solving the problems of Tajik migrants. “Without your attention, we can not solve this problem”, – wrote a human rights activist.
As reported in a letter Kukanshoev, Russia’s Islamic Human Rights Center enjoys great support from both the Muslim clergy in particular, co-chairman of the Council of muftis of Russia Nafigulla Ashirov, and on the part of ordinary Muslims.
Over the past 2009 in Human Rights Center called about five hundred citizens of Tajikistan. According Kukanshoeva, the majority have suffered either from employers or from the skinheads.
