Tel Aviv can not create the conditions for the existence of pluralism in society, says the U.S. State Department report published on Saturday.
Report prepared by the Office of Democracy , Human Rights and Labor, pointed out that in Israel there is discrimination against Muslims, Christians, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Women, Bedouin, and even reformed Jews, said, “Palestine-info”.
According to the authors, there is no equality between different ethnic groups. Although the Act of 1967 provides for the protection of all holy places of Jerusalem, the Israeli government shows no respect for the non-Jewish places and not even officially recognized them as shrines. In addition, the occupation authorities disdain for the Muslim and Christian monuments and use them as real estate for profit.
