President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Russian Ministry of Defense to negotiate and sign agreements on cooperation of Russia with Abkhazia and South Ossetia in military field. At the direction of the President of the Russian Defense Ministry with the participation of the Foreign Ministry will hold talks and sign agreements on behalf of the Russian Federation on Military Cooperation.

Remember, in late April, the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and the presidents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Sergei Bagapsh and Eduard Kokoity in the Kremlin signed agreements on joint efforts in protecting the state borders the two Caucasian republics.
