The company Global Aero acquire World Air for $315 million
April 6, 2007 – 6:03 pmThe company Global Aero Logistics, controlling airline ATA Airlines, announced that it will acquire World Air Holdings Inc. (WLDA) for $315 million, or $12.50 per share. World Air Holdings owns the airline World Airways Inc. and North American Airlines Inc. Upon completion of takeover, the three airlines will make charter passenger and cargo flights.
